New customers who make contact are automatically distributed among the consultants. Here are the rules.
A company fills out the form or books a meeting at envirocert.eu.
The inquiry goes to one consultant at a time, randomly selected among those listed in the register and taking assignments in that country.
You see country, industry, and approximate size, and have 2 hours to take the case or let it pass.
If you take the case, you get the name and contact details, and 12 hours to call or write and acknowledge who you spoke with.
If a deadline is missed, the case goes to the next. Deadlines only count between 09 and 15 on business days, so a case you receive at 14 must be taken by 10 the next day.

Customers can also choose a time themselves in a shared calendar showing all consultants' available times. If several are available at the same time, one is randomly selected. Add your weekly times to your profile to be included.
